Anti-Spyware Policy
Document was last updated on October 1st, 2007

"Spyware" can be defined as software that captures information about you without your knowledge or consent. This information is then used by advertising agencies to send you advertisements. These agencies get paid by various companies to send their adverts to you based on the information they have found out about you. Spyware comes in a variety of formats and is most often downloaded inadvertently by a user and installed on their machine without their knowledge. Even veteran downloaders can sometimes inadvertently introduce a piece of spyware onto his or her system.

All of the products developed by Binary Softworks, LLC are, and always will be free of spyware, nor will they ever contain spyware, either bundled separately in the download or embedded in program files. We recommend only downloading our trial versions from trusted sources that also provide an equivalent anti-spyware policy.

If you are concerned about your privacy and believe that you may have any spyware on your machine then we suggest and recommend that you visit the below listed links. These products are FREE and we don't get paid for mentioning them to you - we just believe that spyware is not distributed in the interests of most people and they should have a right to remove it.

The software that these links point to will scan and remove spyware from your machine and they will do that for you completely free of charge!
